To extend the life of your swim cap, rinse it with clean cool water after each use to remove chlorine, salt, and sweat, then gently pat dry with a soft towel. Allow it to air dry completely before storing in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight, and sharp objects. Avoid folding or creasing the cap, and do not use nails, harsh cleaning agents, alcohol based products, or abrasive materials, as these may cause damage or tearing. For added care, lightly dust the inside with baby powder or talcum powder occasionally to prevent sticking.
