SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Singapore via local courier (Singapore orders) and DHL Express (international orders).

Shipping within Singapore is charged at a flat rate of SGD 10.

For international orders, a flat shipping fee of SGD 20 applies. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders above SGD 250.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

For certain shipments, DHL may require additional information to complete delivery. You may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS to provide the requested details. If the required information is not provided, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
