RETURNS POLICY
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, with all garment tags and hygiene seals intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns that do not comply with our return policy and procedures.
Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Items received after this period will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees are charged at a flat rate, which varies by country. Please refer to the return fee chart for the applicable rate. Shipping charges, return fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Parasol is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order through our standard purchasing process.
Customers who refuse delivery of a shipment are responsible for the original shipping costs, any applicable import duties or taxes, and the cost of return shipping.

Once your return has been received and approved according to our policy, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
SALES & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or as part of a promotional offer are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
This does not apply to our welcome sign-up offer, which may be used on full-price items.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid on sale items.
